Molly serves with Soul Shepherding as a Sr. Spiritual Director and Sr. Coach.  She is the Chairman of the Board for New England Bible College and has served in ministry for over 15 years. She enjoys meeting one-on-one and speaking and teaching about soul care.

A Dartmouth College graduate, Molly worked in neuroscience research at Dartmouth Medical School and Walter Reed Army Medical Center before transitioning out of the workforce and into ministry while homeschooling her 3 children. As an author and high school literature teacher, she is passionate about books and exploring them together in community.
